Suddenly, Kev swooped into action! He helped me make an offer on the property in less than 3 hours after it was listed. It was a LONG process until the end of close due to the home being overseen by a guardian, but our friendly neighborhood realtor helped us patiently through it, and I was updated every step of the way. Kevin pleasantly replied to all of my "when, when, when????" questions, haha. We closed on our DREAM HOME just last week, and we are in love. Kevin was a pleasure to work with through our long, in-depth process, and is a sweet guy with a wealth of knowledge.
